Privacy with clarity

Local processing by default. Transparency always.

When a tool can run directly on your device, that is our first choice: your files stay with you and processing happens locally. If a feature ever needs to send data to a server, that will be explained clearly beforehand.

Clear about limits.Limits should be clear too. Local processing uses your device’s memory, CPU, and other resources, so very large files or heavier tasks may have limits. When that happens, we will explain why transparently.

Why DoesALot exists?

A practical starting point

DoesALot began in September 2026 from a personal need. For simple everyday tasks, I often had to look for tools across different sites.

Some had unclear usage limits, a lot of advertising, or only allowed a few actions before asking for payment. In other cases, processing a file meant sending it to third-party servers without it always being clear to me how that file was handled, whether it was stored, or how long it remained available.

So I began making tools for my own use: simple, fast, and with more control over my files. They genuinely started saving me time, and a natural idea followed: instead of keeping them to myself, why not organize them, improve them, and make them available to other people?

DoesALot is an independent project, developed and expanded gradually through personal investment of time and resources. New tools are planned, with special attention to privacy, transparency, efficiency, and ease of use.
